New Areas

Our primary mission is to photo-document these pristine caves as soon as they are discovered.  It is one of the unfortunate results of discovery that inevitably leads to some degree of destruction.  We feel that it is ONLY thru photography, that the essence of these rarely visited, fragile caves will be preserved.

The names of these areas have been taken where known.  Many of the "Zodiac" and "Lens" caves were named in the early to mid 1980's by the English dive teams led by Rob Palmer and are well documented (references).

The areas of the "Lens" and  "Zodiac" caves shown here.  A 1km grid is used by the government for survey purposes.  Field work by Team Karst uses GPS.
